Job Description for Customer Service Supervisor
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of CSRs to achieve performance goals and company standards.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Develop strategies to improve customer service quality and efficiency.
- Operational Management: Manage daily operations of the call center, ensuring adequate staffing and performance targets.
- Compliance: Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, management, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role within a call center environment.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and professionalism when handling customer complaints.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using call center software and relevant tools (e.g., CRM systems, call monitoring tools).
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and task prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Data Analysis Skills: Data analysis and report generation skills to inform decision-making.
