The Role:

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Relevance Solutions Professional to join our Customer Experience Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer service and support to Isentia clients
  • Provide Relevance support to clients
  • Interpreting client Relevance requirements
  • Deep understanding of the client briefs, able to tailor client keywords
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Tertiary Qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in English
  • Understanding of Boolean Logic
