Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Relevance Solutions Professional to join our Customer Experience Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities- Deliver customer service and support to Isentia clients
- Provide Relevance support to clients
- Interpreting client Relevance requirements
- Deep understanding of the client briefs, able to tailor client keywords
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience
- Tertiary Qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in English
- Understanding of Boolean Logic
