We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure satisfaction. As a key point of contact, you will provide expert guidance, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with our valued clients.
Your role will entail:
- Managing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively addressing client needs and converting feedback into actionable insights.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver personalized client experiences.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and protocols.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering personalized support and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.
As a Trade Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering personalized support and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Proactively and effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries/complaints of the current/prospective clients in accordance with established internal policies and department SOPs.
A successful candidate will have proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
