We are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to customers during late-night hours.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls
- Provide first-line technical support to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the KYC team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Conduct daily handovers to maintain effective communication within the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service within the financial sector, preferably in the FX industry
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
