Technical Customer Support Expert (01:00 - 10:00)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to customers during late-night hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls
  • Provide first-line technical support to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the KYC team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Conduct daily handovers to maintain effective communication within the team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service within the financial sector, preferably in the FX industry
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
