We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Expert to join our Centre of Expertise team. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for supporting the AU-NPP solution and Alliance Access, resolving complex customer technical problems, and identifying areas of improvement in products, support tools, or documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting and quickly diagnosing complex problems according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA), proposing and implementing measures to prevent reoccurrence of problems, and communicating progress internally and externally. You will also implement solutions, provide product-related consulting, and participate in technical reviews and give product presentations and demos.

To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent, minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, strong technical background with good knowledge of UNIX (AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and Windows operating systems, and scripting, integration or development knowledge. Experience with Alliance Access, Alliance WebPlatform, SWIFTNet Link, Alliance Gateway, and Hardware Security Modules (HSM) are an asset.

You should also have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, willingness to learn and take ownership, continuous improvement and Agile mind-set, and ability to build and maintain working relationships. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
