Job Role:

The Coordinator Admin supports various departments by organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing communications.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Maintain and update records and databases
  • Support various projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
Requirements:
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Disciplined and able to maintain a good attendance record
