Telephone Servicing Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Prudential Contact Centre team. As a Telephone Servicing Professional, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, meeting and exceeding customer standards and expectations.
You will work closely with the team to identify and resolve service gaps, implement process improvements, and continuously review and refine our customer service processes. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide seamless support to our customers.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or Degree in any field from a recognized college or university
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in a call centre and/or customer service role
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin and/or Chinese dialects is an added advantage
