Sales Strategy Executive

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies in a luxury retail setting. As the Sales Strategy Executive, you will be responsible for leading staff, driving sales strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring a premium customer experience while representing a high-end brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as an ambassador for the brand within the market, responsible for external relations, marketing, merchandising, and local activities.
- Monitor all expenses and costs within the store to achieve a positive store contribution while adhering to budget objectives.
- Identify store investments and make appropriate suggestions to the ROD.
- Manage store operations: replenishment, regular and year-end inventories, visual merchandising, etc.
- Excellent command of English and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing stores.
