Senior Sales Manager for FMCG

We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on Pest Control and Air Care categories in the North and East Coast regions. As a key player, you'll drive sales and market share growth through effective channel strategies and partnership building.
Job Highlights:
- Driving Growth: Develop and execute regional strategies to drive sales and market share growth.
- Building Relationships: Build strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Leadership Development: Foster high-performing sales teams, inspire direct and indirect teams, and lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with distributors and key customers.
- Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation and growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Regional Sales Manager and distributor management, preferably in FMCG Industry
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and English
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a strong ability to inspire and motivate teams
