Main Responsibilities

- Manage customer tickets and escalate issues to the Level 2 support team when necessary.\
- Compile and review claim reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.\
- Communicate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide updates on progress.\
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.\

Requirements

- Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field.\
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT equipment.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
