Main Responsibilities

  • Manage customer tickets and escalate issues to the Level 2 support team when necessary.\
  • Compile and review claim reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.\
  • Communicate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide updates on progress.\
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.\

Requirements

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field.\
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT equipment.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
