- Project Management: Analyze, plan, implement, and manage IT projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, develop project plans, allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Network Administration: Configure and maintain network devices, monitor network performance and security, and troubleshoot network issues.
- Security Management: Implement security measures, conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, handle escalated technical issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and provide guidance and assistance in resolving IT-related issues.
- Documentation: Document system configurations, processes, and procedures, and create technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, evaluate their potential benefits and risks, and make recommendations for technology upgrades and implementation.
- Education: Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Windows server/network administration, computer networking, and project implementation.
- Skills: Good command of written and spoken English, proficient in server operating systems (Windows, Linux), MRP system, networking protocols, server administration, storage systems, cloud computing, and security principles.
- Other: Familiarity with server virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), server provisioning, configuration, and optimization, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
