About This Role
This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and analytical skills. You will work closely with our store teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance sales, improve operational efficiency, and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and service teams to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize store operations, improve inventory management, and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, training, and coaching
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced retail industry with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
