Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including filing, report generation, meeting preparation, supply ordering, database maintenance, data application and submission, document verification, and website management. You will also provide customer service, responding to inquiries, complaints, and order issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
