About the Role

This Commercial Sales Representative position at Seratech Resources (M) Sdn Bhd requires a highly motivated individual to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Business Growth: Identify opportunities to generate new business and expand existing customer relationships.
  3. Quotations and Negotiations: Prepare quotations for customers, negotiate prices, and analyze and propose alternatives.
  4. Communication and Reporting: Report on the status of accounts and transactions, meet with stakeholders to discuss project specifications, and set and track sales account targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Education: Minimum SPM/Diploma in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented, aggressive, and self-motivated, and an ability to deliver projects on time.
