Job Overview

GREAT EASTERN is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Loyalty team. As a key member of the Marketing and Customer Management team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing communications activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop engaging artworks/visuals for various communication channels
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for content with copywriting
  • Develop and execute digital/social media engagement contents
  • Manage merchant activities, including sponsorships, acquisition of Hero Offers, organizing roadshows/events
  • Plan and execute merchant education, drive usage of mobile apps, and merchant reporting
  • Assist in content and campaign management on merchant offers for GREAT EASTERN Rewards App/e-newsletters
  • Manage corporate merchant activities, including sponsorships, roadshows, workshops, and events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in loyalty/rewards programs, merchant acquisition, and events management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Able to travel outstation as required
  • High level of integrity and accountability
