We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Hunters International Sdn Bhd.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual to work closely with our Directors, providing high-level confidential support and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless execution.
  • SUCCESSFULLY complete deliverables with a hands-on approach, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Plan, organize extensive travel and accommodation requirements from scratch, independently ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Conduct research on behalf of the Directors, perform personal shopping, and run errands independently, utilizing initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Conduct research, follow up on incoming issues, handle matters expeditiously, and follow through on tasks to successful completion, showcasing expertise and adaptability.
  • To assist and provide high-level confidential support to all Directors, personal and business matters by offering a full secretarial and administrative service.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties assigned by Superiors independently, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
  • To proactively manage and coordinate Directors' electronic diaries, prioritizing and arranging appointments and relocation as necessary, ensuring optimal time management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in a related Secretary/PA position, preferably with relevant education.
  • Possess a positive attitude, able to work extremely independently with minimum supervision, and maintain a high level of organization and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing tasks, and demands with tight deadlines, showcasing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Have common sense and able to make good judgments, recommend effective ways to run the Directors' office, and swiftly troubleshoot issues, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Pro-active, quick, flexible, adaptable, dependable, independent, highly organized, resourceful, and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and grow.
  • Sensitive to details, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, precision, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in information finding or research using reliable resources, showcasing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Wide experience beyond just administrative roles, highlighting versatility and a growth mindset.
  • Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills, with professional direction that reflects ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail.
  • A future-oriented thinker, actively seeking opportunities and making good recommendations, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Emotional maturity and able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, showcasing technical proficiency.
  • Experience in handling residential/commercial property construction/renovation work, managing private events, and handling Private Charter, highlighting unique skills and versatility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including diplomacy, showcasing emotional intelligence and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being an added advantage, highlighting language skills and cultural competence.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
  • Likes pets, such as dogs and cats, showcasing a caring and compassionate personality.
Compensation
  • An attractive salary package of up to RM 8,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
