As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and following up on new leads, and maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Lead Generation: Develop and follow up on new leads to convert them into sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with global electronics traders and manufacturers to increase sales and revenue.
- Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from managing customer requests for quotation to closure of deals and monitoring of prompt shipments.
- Customer Satisfaction: Develop strong relationships with customers and continuously strive to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a related industry or sales role, preferably in the semiconductor industry with franchise distributor, OEM, and EMS knowledge.
- Personality and Skills: Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, self-starter, hardworking, self-driven, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
