In this sales role, you will play a critical part in growing our diagnostics business by building strong relationships with key clients and opinion leaders.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work closely with technical teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve agency sales targets.
  • To communicate and promote the clinical benefits and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals to achieve trusting partnerships.
  • To determine market requirements and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.
  • To work closely with the technical team to ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biomedical, Biology, Bio-Technology, Biochemistry, Life Science, Science & Technology, Medical Science, Medicine, or related field.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
