About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Technical Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Great Pyramid Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, particularly those requiring technical expertise.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms. Screen resumes and applications, ensuring candidates meet both technical and soft skill requirements.
- Candidate Matching & Placement: Match candidates with job roles based on their skills and experience with an emphasis on matching technical roles when necessary.
Market Research & Business Development: Stay up to date with industry-specific trends and emerging technical requirements to offer clients deeper insights into the market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging technical knowledge to provide value-added consultation to potential clients.
Skills & Competencies: Strong recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and relationship management. Ability to understand and evaluate technical skills relevant to the industries being recruited for. Excellent written and verbal communication to interact effectively with clients and candidates, especially when explaining technical requirements or expectations.
What We Offer: An attractive remuneration package of RM120,000 - RM150,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage, dental and optical benefits.
