We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our OCBC Bank team as a Market Growth Specialist, focusing on the Middle Market segment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Under the guidance of the Head of Commercial Banking, you will analyze market data to inform business strategies and identify opportunities for growth, ensuring that OCBC Bank remains a leader in the industry.
  • With a strong background in business development, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, driving business growth initiatives and leveraging your expertise to deliver results.
  • By gaining a deep understanding of the needs of Serial Entrepreneurs and Mid-Market customers, you will develop tailored solutions to meet their evolving requirements, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborating closely with product sales support, you will optimize the upsell/cross-sell ratio of clients, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base.
  • As a leader of high-performing Relationship Management teams, you will empower team members to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Essential Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is highly desirable, although not essential.
  • Proven experience in driving SME business growth nationwide, coupled with a strong track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, is critical to this role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, are essential to delivering results.
  • Independence, initiative-taking, and adaptability are vital, as you will work with minimal hands-on supervision to drive business growth initiatives.
  • Leveraging your loan product management experience from retail banking, you will develop innovative solutions to drive business expansion and growth.
