- A Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Team Manager in the contact center industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in supporting a technical sales account in a contact center setting.
- Experience and knowledge in sales with sales as the main KPI (Revenue per Call).
- Demonstrated leadership skills; the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
- Must be able to speak, write, and read Mandarin and Cantonese fluently; can speak English at an intermediate level.
