We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the Audio Visual industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the Audio Visual industry.
  • Participate in the sales process, identifying new leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent English skills (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Audio Visual industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of AV products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
