Job Description
A Sales Manager at SummitNext will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the Audio Visual industry.
- Actively participate in the sales process by identifying new leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management regarding sales trends and opportunities.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's AV solutions and increase brand awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent English skills (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Audio Visual industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through both team leadership and personal sales efforts.
- Strong understanding of AV products, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team while also driving personal sales performance.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
