About This Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join Zurich as the Head of Business Strategy & Performance Management, driving business growth and performance through strategic planning and execution.

Main Accountabilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring the Sales function meets all internal and external governance and regulatory requirements, with a robust first line of defense demonstrating effective controls and best practices.
  • Leading the Sales Operations team, working alongside Heads of Sales, Sales Managers, and sales forces across all Segments.
  • Collaborating with Sales Leaders to build a high-performance culture, engaging and motivating people to develop expertise.
  • Building consistency across all segments to achieve genuine sales excellence.
  • Facilitating and driving the implementation of General Insurance and regulatory governance.
  • Delivering Sales Management Information to ensure clarity in performance across various metrics in line with objectives and targets and business plans.
  • Playing a key role in the Sales Leaders' meetings and peer reviews, focusing on best practices, building expertise, team performance, personal development, succession planning, and compliance.
