We are currently seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products to potential clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals. You will also be expected to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless product delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial equipment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, including pumps, compressors, and fans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Malaysian citizenship is required.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia an added advantage.
