The key responsibilities include evaluating market strategies, collaborating with internal teams, conducting market research, and presenting products with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and develop targeted market strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers.
  3. Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
  4. Conduct market research and provide feedback to the Sales Director for assessment.
  5. Drive product presentation and penetration with confidence.
  6. Maintain a sales-driven mindset focused on achieving revenue goals.
  7. Pursue new business opportunities with a 'hunter' mentality.
  8. Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in OEMs, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
  9. Demonstrate strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  11. Regularly review progress with the Sales Director.
  12. Organize training sessions for vendors, distributors, and customers.
  13. Confidently conduct presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  14. Stay informed about new product launches and acquire relevant technical knowledge.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering is mandatory, with a preference for candidates with electrical training.
  • Possess 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in a related industry.
  • Be a self-motivated, results-driven individual who excels at acquiring new clients.
  • Proficient in handling low-voltage electrical products.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Show high initiative, drive, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Comfortable working within an SME-type organizational structure.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia and the region as needed.
