About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales & Marketing in a larger operation
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
