As a Sales Director APAC at MBR Partners Limited, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for your territory. This involves developing tactics and action plans to attract, engage, and win new business for the organization. You will work closely with internal teams to establish new leads and convert opportunities into revenue-generating accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with established networks to drive sales growth
* Establish new leads and convert opportunities into revenue-generating accounts
* Work independently to lead by example and drive accuracy in forecasting
* Develop and negotiate contracts with customers and their procurement teams
* Forge strong internal business partnerships to deliver customer expectations and solutions

Requirements

* 10 years of experience working within software sales or carrier sales/product environments
* Strong experience working within the digital money market and familiarity with key market trends driving target customer requirements
* Demonstrable evidence of leading the commercial direction of a business, with a history of overachieving targets and proven success targeting and winning new business
* Experience working in the telecommunications/network operator industry, in software sales, carrier sales or carrier product knowledge
* Familiarity with best practice forecasting and strategic sales planning processes
* Excellent communication skills; oral and written communications to technical, business and executive audiences
* Strong facilitation skills, with an ability to collaborate and drive progress with individuals and teams across the business

Qualifications

* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field

Eligibility Requirements

* Candidate must be eligible to work in the countries specific to the position
* Travel as and when required to meet business and customer commitments
