Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team at KL Wellness City.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Expand sales lead and opportunities to consolidate the sales funnel for sales quote fulfillment.
  • Market Research: Develop strong product differentiation through market research and benchmarking.
  • Marketing Activities: Organize and carry out monthly marketing activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Activity Management: Manage all above-the-line and below-the-line activities.
  • Public Relations: Handle PR and communications plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CRM and CMS is an added advantage.
  • Experience and track record in property and/or healthcare-related marketing campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Possess a minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in selling property and/or pharmaceutical and medical related products.
  • Well-versed with property and/or pharmaceutical and medical related products market intelligence.
  • Good communication and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in various languages.
  • Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, and strong achievement motivation.
  • High integrity, target-focused, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in Bukit Jalil.
  • Basic Salary + Pool Fund (Team Incentive) + Performance Bonus.
