About the Opportunity:

This is an outstanding chance to join our team as a Key Account Manager for IT services delivery, focusing on key stakeholder management and client relationship building. Your primary responsibility will be to manage key senior stakeholders within our group, including delivering presentations to them.

  1. Develop and execute plans to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling of our IT services.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for IT-related issues and concerns from key clients.
  3. Drive initiatives to enhance our services and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Background and Skills:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in managing key stakeholders and providing excellent service as a Key Account Manager. Ideally, you should come from an IT background, with experience in larger companies being desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to working in an end-user environment.
