  • Providing top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotations.
  • Developing and managing sales reports, forecasts, and tracking documentation to drive business success.
  • Fostering strong relationships with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Staying connected with clients regarding order statuses and delivery timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate customer databases and sales records.

Administrative Support:

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle daily administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document organization.

The ability to schedule and organize meetings, take minutes, and share important information is crucial.

Excellent communication skills are necessary for handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence while creating marketing materials and presentations for sales meetings.

Aiding the HR department in onboarding new hires and updating employee records is also a key responsibility.

General Duties:

The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to maintain smooth workflow and effective communication.

Supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures while participating in training and development opportunities as needed.

Taking on additional responsibilities assigned by the sales manager or senior leadership.

Requirements

For this role, we require:

  • Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative positions, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (Malay and Mandarin are a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
