About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our revenue-generating activities in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, account planning, and opportunity identification to deliver business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending Katalyst solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Lead a team of business development resources, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  4. Own the revenue forecast and budget, working closely with the region SVP to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  5. Ensure data accuracy and frequency in our CRM system, meeting regional sales goals as developed with management.
  6. Demonstrate a deep understanding of client requirements for sub-surface data management and the benefits of Katalyst solutions.
  7. Participate in pricing and proposal development activities, providing demonstrations of Katalyst technology and services to prospective customers.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma.
  2. 10+ years of experience selling into the oil and gas marketplace.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of seismic data acquisition, processing, formats, and media types.
  4. Knowledge of E&P Data Management requirements and expectations.
