We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our revenue-generating activities in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, account planning, and opportunity identification to deliver business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending Katalyst solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead a team of business development resources, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Own the revenue forecast and budget, working closely with the region SVP to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure data accuracy and frequency in our CRM system, meeting regional sales goals as developed with management.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client requirements for sub-surface data management and the benefits of Katalyst solutions.
- Participate in pricing and proposal development activities, providing demonstrations of Katalyst technology and services to prospective customers.
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma.
- 10+ years of experience selling into the oil and gas marketplace.
- Comprehensive knowledge of seismic data acquisition, processing, formats, and media types.
- Knowledge of E&P Data Management requirements and expectations.
