At Leanis Solutions Sdn Bhd, we are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide Level-1 support to merchants from various locations, resolving transaction issues and escalating problems to higher-level teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide Information Services: Offer information regarding bank service availability to merchants.
  • Transaction Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve reported transaction issues.
  • Escalation: Escalate unresolved problems to Level-2 and Level-3 support teams.
  • Daily Reports: Prepare and submit daily reports to the Head of Department.
  • Weekly Meetings: Attend weekly online meetings with the HOD to discuss collected issues.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of a Diploma in any field.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia in communication & writing.
  4. A reliable internet connection, own a computer, and a suitable workspace for remote work.
  5. Strong attention to detail in verifying system-provided information.
  6. Able to work on shift (10PM to 10AM or 10AM to 10PM), 6 days a week.
  7. Customer Service, Problem-Solving, Technical Troubleshooting & Multitasking skills.
