About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Sales Lead to join our team at Stradaverse. In this full-time on-site position based in Petaling Jaya, you will be responsible for sales presentations, account management, lead generation, sales, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a sales strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Leverage your professional network to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology solutions, including software, hardware, and IT services, to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical, to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or pre-sales roles, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of technology solutions and their applications, as well as the ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex deals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
