We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Link Compliance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced marketing team to develop and implement innovative social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and content creation, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. You should also be familiar with social media analytics tools and have basic knowledge of content creation software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary range of $$40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms;
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with company goals;
  • Analyze campaign performance using social media metrics and analytics;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and quality in all content and campaigns;
  • Work closely with the Social Media Lead to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects;
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative campaign planning;
