Hiredly X is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the sales, operations, customer service, team management, brand representation, and reporting of our stores. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals for the store by implementing effective sales strategies and in-store promotions.
  2. Monitor sales performance metrics (KPI) such as daily revenue, conversion rates, and average basket size to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Manage all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system accuracy.
Leadership and Team Management:
  1. Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example to ensure the team provides personalized and engaging service.
  2. Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates who share our passion for fashion and customer satisfaction.
  3. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
Brand Representation and Visual Merchandising:
  1. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Hiredly X's values and unique fashion style through high visual merchandising standards.
  2. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand's identity.
Reporting and Communication:
  1. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the business owner or regional manager with insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  2. Communicate effectively with the team to align goals and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
  3. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  7. Passionate about fashion and keeping up with trends.
  8. Results-oriented and proactive in identifying solutions.
  9. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
