About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working as a Business Development Specialist, developing and executing customer strategic account growth plans in line with the company's business strategy and product roadmap. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, increasing market share and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer strategic account growth plans to ensure revenue growth, account penetration and customer satisfaction of assigned accounts.
  • Explain and clearly communicate the customer strategic account growth plan to internal groups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the customer level, applying consultative selling methodology to position the company as a preferred supplier.
  • Manage all commercial aspects with the customer, including managing offers, project contracts and leading price and contract negotiations.
