- Manage the customer journey from acquisition to after-sales, ensuring high service quality and engagement.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to drive lead generation initiatives and expand market reach.
- Handle inside sales, generate accurate quotations, and track project progress.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or any other relevant field with at least 2 years of project coordination, sales support, or inside sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all levels of staff.
- Results-oriented individual with initiative and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive team player with ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
- Experience and knowledge in Industrial, Energy, Electrical & Electronics products would be advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools e.g. SAP and database management.
- Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful with a 'can-do' attitude.
