Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Provide inside sales support to identify customer needs and promote TÜV SÜD's portfolio of services.
  • Develop compelling value propositions to drive deal closures and support management in evaluating pricing strategies.
  • Manage the customer journey from acquisition to after-sales, ensuring high service quality and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to drive lead generation initiatives and expand market reach.
  • Handle inside sales, generate accurate quotations, and track project progress.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or any other relevant field with at least 2 years of project coordination, sales support, or inside sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all levels of staff.
  • Results-oriented individual with initiative and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive team player with ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
  • Experience and knowledge in Industrial, Energy, Electrical & Electronics products would be advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools e.g. SAP and database management.
  • Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful with a 'can-do' attitude.
