We are looking for a sales professional to join our team and help us grow our business in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Responsible for the sales of testing services for the Real Estate and Infrastructure Division.
  • Identify, develop and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects for the business areas of Building and Construction Materials.
  • Manage & service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets.
  • Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
  • Ensure timely response to customers' enquiries, feedback and comments.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team in Malaysia to drive and support lead generation initiatives.
  • Support management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability.

Requirements:

\
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical, Civil or any other discipline with at least 1-2 years of working experience.
  2. Good command of written and verbal English.
  3. Prior work experience in building or construction industries and project management will be an added advantage.
  4. Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders.
  5. Fast learner, customer-oriented and proactive attitude are essential qualities.
  6. Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills.
