We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and participating in recruitment and selection processes.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring all licenses and certifications are up-to-date, renewed on time, and comply with industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Participating in recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, managing email communication, and conducting review arrangements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be an advantage.
