In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, leveraging your product knowledge to resolve complex issues, and nurturing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  2. Problem-Solving: Utilize your analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary.
  3. Communication: Deliver exceptional communication, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Accounting Foundation: Basic accounting knowledge required, ideally with a diploma or degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or customer servicing role (fresh graduates with great potential are welcome).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and technical aptitude.
