We are seeking a talented professional to drive customer success and growth at Volvo. As a Customer Success and Growth Driver, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
About the Role
- This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies, identify business opportunities, and deliver results-oriented solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about key market and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or similar.
- Minimum 3 – 6 years of working experience in premium products sales experience, strong sales management and customer account management.
