Sales Development Professional

Hiredly X seeks a skilled Sales Development Professional to identify new business opportunities and drive growth in Penang. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for discovering new markets, building relationships with clients and industry leaders, and crafting strategies to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Identification: Identify new business opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry leaders, and potential partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product/service enhancements.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Conduct effective presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals and contracts.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in any education field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years sales experience.
- Industry Background: Preferably someone with sales experience from industries such as paper supply, label supply, printing, printing equipment seller, or varnish supply.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills, sales driven, and committed.
