Job Summary

  • Handling customer inquiries and appointments.
  • Assisting Service Advisors and Managers with customer interactions.
  • Preparing and submitting daily reports.
  • Managing car insurance claims and renewals.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Possesses a diploma or equivalent qualification in administration.

Has relevant experience in administration or a related field.

Is proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Has a reliable mode of transportation.
