This role requires a Restaurant Manager/Asst. Restaurant Manager to lead our teams and drive business success.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Manage restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, promote brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in QSR management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a focus on staff development and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • SPM qualification or higher; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
