Customer Experience Lead

This role requires a Restaurant Manager/Asst. Restaurant Manager to lead our teams and drive business success.
Responsibilities and Tasks- Manage restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, promote brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty.
- At least 2 years of experience in QSR management or supervisory roles.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Proven leadership skills, with a focus on staff development and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- SPM qualification or higher; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
