The Senior Business Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless interactions between Sales Account Managers, Principals, and Vendors. This position requires an in-depth understanding of pricing strategies, sourcing methodologies, and quotation preparation, as well as the ability to oversee compliance verification and proposal development. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored maintenance support services, and contributing to the formulation of the Go-to-Market strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Account Managers, Principals, and Vendors, offering comprehensive support for pricing, sourcing, and maintenance contract management.
  • Bidding and Proposal Support: Assist in bidding processes, including preparing bills of materials (BOMs), quotations, compliance table verification, proposal write-ups, and clarifications. Develop and deliver customer presentations.
  • Service Pricing: Monitor, source, and provide accurate service pricing to Sales Account Managers to support customer proposals.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Collaborate with customers to help Sales Account Managers understand their requirements and propose suitable maintenance support services.
  • Contract Management & Forecasting: Track, monitor, and forecast maintenance contract renewal rates, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Contribute to identifying and implementing effective Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the Business Manager.
  • Certifications Management: Ensure partner and principal certifications are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
Education and Experience:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with business process analysis, supply chain management, and procurement operations, particularly in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of both written and spoken English, with strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision while contributing to team success.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under tight schedules, effectively managing diverse tasks and groups of users with a positive attitude.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in the use of computers and office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.).
