Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain consistent administration procedures.
  • Provide technical data to commercial managers for project reports and other required documents.
  • Review and validate certification of contractor pay applications.
  • Analyze financial claims and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare estimates and review consultants' estimates.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Quality Control.
  • Preferably executives specializing in QS & QC equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ideally person is a well-organized team player, able to solve on-site problems independently, and with good interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity and honesty.
