You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements, managing employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits, and overseeing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
Finally, you will oversee administration tasks to streamline HR operations and ensure that all HR functions are running smoothly.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a healthcare or postpartum care environment with a focus on payroll and recruitment.
You will also need experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, as well as a diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
Proficiency in management and administration tasks, a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion are also essential.
Finally, proficiency in UBS software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
