HR Admin Manager

**Company Information**
Business Nature: Group company (Public Listed in Singapore)
Working hours: 830 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Fri)
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing activities within the organization.
- Collaborate with regulatory/statutory bodies, including KWSP, PERKESO, HRD Corp, to ensure compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and align HR strategies and policies with industry best practices, implementing necessary changes.
- Drive recruitment efforts, spearhead HR initiatives, and manage various projects within the HR domain.
- Guide functional managers on all HR-related matters.
- Manage comprehensive HR administration and records, maintaining organized personnel documents, staff records, leave records, staff insurance, and attendance tracking for all employees.
- Stay informed about employment acts and regulations from relevant statutory bodies.
- Take ownership of company licenses, oversee vehicle-related matters, and manage the renewal of road tax and insurance.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by the management as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR generalist roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and logically
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and regulations of related statutory bodies.
- Preferably available to commence work within a short timeframe.
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
