About the Job

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our Employee Success team as a Human Resources Technology Advisor. This role involves owning business-as-usual activities relating to the maintenance of our Employee Success Systems.

In this role, you will work closely with our Employee Success team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for analysing data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations to improve our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of our Employee Success Systems.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to address these findings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that benefit the organisation.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of our systems and processes, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources or a related field, with a focus on technology and process improvement.
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
